AYB’s New Green Studio & Expanded Schedule:
After a year of searching for the perfect place, AYB now has a wonderful new home high on the second floor in the Bend Towne Center (corner of NE 3rd St. & Franklin Ave.).
The studio features spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains, beautiful bamboo floors, a shower, and complimentry hot & cold beverages. Everything possible is being done to minimize AYB’s environmental impact – such as using 100% recycled paper products, painting with zero VOC paints, and using reclaimed materials whenever possible.
EXPANDED SCHEDULE INCLUDES evening Mysore with both Stacey Lee & David Miliotis from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, and a led class -- drop-in friendly -- schedule that is in development.

Beginners & Drop-ins Welcome
This workshop will be paced appropriately for beginners, yet with enough internal subtlety to be equally suitable for those with more experience.

Mysore Ashtanga Program – Registration Policy:
• If you are new to yoga or Ashtanga Yoga, or if you do not have the Ashtanga sequence memorized, then you must begin by taking an introductory course, or
• If you already have the Ashtanga sequence memorized, then you may come anytime. Please see payment options.
• If you are interested in or curious about the Mysore program please come by our studio to observe anytime during regular program hours.
• Introductory Courses are two weeks of private instruction within the regularly scheduled Mysore program.
